Question
we gave it some medicine and it is fine now. will it be ok until 8 weeks from now? if it does when will it start walking and when will it open its eyes?

Answer
Shiann,

I am a little confused about your question.  You started off by saying "we gave it some medicine and it is fine now" I am not sure what you are referring too?  Then you asked "will it be ok until 8 weeks from now" again I am not sure what you are referring too?  I looked back through my past answers but did not find your name.  If you asked me a question and I answered it I apologize for not remembering who you are but I get a lot of questions and sometimes the names all run together.  If you would like an answer to the first two questions please refresh my memory and I will try to answer them.

As to the other questions, their eyes usually are open by the time they are eight weeks of age.  Normally they are open at the age of two weeks but if the puppy was really tiny it could take longer.  They start walking right away but are usually very wobbly and since they don't have far to go (all they do is eat, sleep and poop)you will probably not notice them "walking" in a way that an adult dog would.  At about the age of 4 weeks they start to really get some strength in their legs and will become more active.
