My 10 month old yorkie in her second heat

My 10 month old yorkie went into her first heat about 2 1/2 months ago. She bled for about 4 weeks. Now I have noticed about a day ago she is bleeding again. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

She should not be going into heat again so soon.  When they have a heat they also should only actually bleed for about a week.  The heat cycle lasts three weeks but the bleeding should only occur during the first week.  There could be nothing to worry about but I would take her to the vet just to be sure.
