AnswerBlood in the urine is NEVER normal, but could the blood you are seeing be from her vulva, because she still has a discharge from having puppies? I would wipe her vulva area before she pees, then see if there is blood in the urine itself. A bloody discharge for 4 weeks after delivery can be normal, but if indeed the blood is in her urine she could have a UTI, cystitis, etc...she will need to go to the vet if the blood is in her urine, it could be a simple UTI that can be cleared up easily.
