Submisive peeing

I'm a big guy with a loud voice . We have a 12 week old Husky puppy female , She is very well behaved and rarely needs to be scolded . However sometimes for no aparent reason she gets excited and sits to pee quickly before fun time or being pet . Is there a way to stop the submisive pee ?

The only time to stop it is by ignoring it. If you see her do it take all attention away from her. If you scold her it will make it worse. Puppies also get pee when they get excited. She should grow out of it if you don't praise or scold her when she does it. it is a behavior that is completely left unnoted. -Michelle B
