hi my lab is 9 weeks old and i would like to know will my lab be albe to run faster than a germen shepard when he grows up, and 1 more thing  my puppyh has short legs will they grow bigger ,, and 1 more thing do longer legs have an advantage over short legs

Hi Sim,  It is hard to tell on any of your questions as it depends on his genetics, in other words does his parents have long or short legs, and how fast are they?  He is only 9 weeks old.  You have a long way to go before the legs will be set as far as growth.  Most GSDs legs are longer than labs, but that is because they are supposed to be taller than labs, that doesn't necessarily mean they are faster.  Hope this helps,
