Question
we got him 3 years ago when he turned one old this dog is untrain able and doing things that are just not right he eats his food as fast as he can puting himself in to so much pain i've tried everything to slow him down, he is scared to death of everything you can't pet him or he is all over you and won't get down, and when we got him he was skin and bones he won't put any weight on at all and now he is turning on my older fixed male germanshepard no he is not fixed i don't trust him around other people or even children   he acts like were going to beat him  i asked the people i got him from if he was abused they said no i beg to differ  they said he was domeanit i say scared and fearful not good combo i gave up on the training my better judgement tells me to have him put to sleep because if he ever bit someone  why people abuse dogs i'll never understand but this dog needs someone who understands germanshepards  i really tried

Answer
It is possible he is not salvageable, and if so, it will take more than a little advice over the net.  To have any chance of solving his problems you must start by having him neutered.  It is no cure all, but sometimes quickly improves behavior problems.  The eating I think fix.  There are not one, but 2 easy, tested, effective ways to control rapid eating. You can spread the food out on a cookie sheet or something. Some of my friends just throw it on the floor of the crate. You can put large rocks in the food dish, much to big to swallow. Either way, the dog can't gulp down one big mouthful after another.

You must go back to training.  It may go better after neutering.  If not, find a private trainer or behaviorist.
