9 month old Mini Dachshund Barking

Question
My family and me have a 9 month old long hair mini dachshund, Winston. We got him when he was about 3 months old. He had no problem with people or other dogs until he was around 7 months old. He barks none stop at people and around dogs he turns aggressive. He's perfectly fine with our Coyote/husky mix we have and when we took a small vacation he was fine with another small dog he met at the beach. His barking is causing a problem when we set up at dog shows to sell the products we have with our business. He's our little mascot and we hope we don't have to leave him home during the day when we do this. Is there a way to solve his barking problem and aggressiveness towards other dogs?

Answer
It is hard to know as I do not know his patterns but he sounds like he needs more socialization.  Going to the pet store, going for car rides, going to the park, etc.  I have some that are afraid of people and I got them out frequently in the car and they stopped barking constantly although they barked if someone went near the car.  Is he there in a crate?  Perhaps he can be put into one if he starts barking too much and covered up and then as soon as he stops, he is uncovered and if quiet, gets to come out again.  Or if he is in a crate, maybe he needs to come out when he is good.  There are a lot of websites that will give you ideas too.  He is getting older so his behavior needs to stop - especially the aggressiveness.  Exercise, fun things to do or chew on, long walks, these will help alleviate boredom.
