submissive wetting

Question
Our 10-month-old collie still has submissive wetting when she's extremely excited, usually when a family member comes home. We try to keep greetings low-key (and outdoors, if possible), and we don't punish or scold her. It's improved some, as it no longer happens every single time one of us comes home anymore, but I had hoped she would have outgrown this by now. Is there anything we can do to help?

Answer
if you have a pet store around you, go there and see if they have wee wee pads and i think they are like dipers or pads that when they pee they soak it up so it wont get on the floor. and after a while the dog should not go to the bathroom in the house. just try and keep the family meetings outside as much as possible.
