oil based paint

Question
My 5 pound chihuahua is vomiting, shaking, has diarrhea, and seems pretty sick.  Could it be from stepping on wet, oil-based paint two days ago?  If so, what can I do?  She is drinking, but not eating.

You need to get to a qualified veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic IMMEDIATELY to have your dog properly examined, evaluated and diagnosed. That simply cannot be done over the internet.  Those symptoms could be due to a number of things and you need to take them seriously.
